Dare County Emergency Management will be here to talk about what to do to be prepared for a possible disaster situation. Not anything that anyone wants to think about, but it is always good to be ready and informed! See you there.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
**Big news! The RWS Building Committee has officially taken over the maintenance and repairs for our path!! Thanks to everyone on that board for agreeing to take on this big expense on for the community. 15 years ago, this path was our dream come true and we are thrilled to see this happen.
***ALSO, a new committee has been formed to beautify the roundabout when you enter Rodanthe thanks to a grant from Cape Hatteras Electric Co-op! We hope that folks from all over Hatteras Island will volunteer some time to assist in this big project. Check back for more information on this exciting entrance to the villages of Hatteras Island!
