The pedestrian and bicycle pathway that runs the length of Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo is an amazing addition to our community.

However did you know that the maintenance of the pathway falls 100% on to the shoulders of the RWSCA? Not many people are aware of this fact. 

​

We rely on our members dues, fundraising events and donations to facilitate the maintenance of the pathway to keep it safe and accessible to everyone.

​

This includes getting the grass mowed and edged all along the path, cutting back over grown branches and bushes as well as any concrete repairs that might be needed. 

​

It is quite the undertaking and one we are happy to do and we appreciate your support which continues to make this possible.
