The Holiday Tree Lighting event came about as a result of covid restrictions and not being able to gather for our traditional Holiday Dinner. The event was such a success that we decided to keep it going each year. It happens the first Saturday in December.

We have hot cocoa and baked goodies galore. We sing songs and watch as a local community member flips the switch to light up the tree. We have enjoyed listening to the wonderful music from Sam on Sax and the children have loved getting to see the big guy in red himself!

We hope that if you are in town you will come out and join us no matter what the weather brings our way.
